Elements of Wicca
This six week class will be available in April 2026 on line or in person. See page for details.
Elements of Wicca is a course we have been running for more than 20 years helping people interested in Wicca as a spiritual path move from reading to practicing. Many solitary practitioners also enjoy the course to learn more and find a path to move deeper into their spiritual evolution. You will receive the Elements of Wicca Notebook, a 70 page document to use during the course.

Creating a Solitary Pathworking
This program is specifically designed for people who have completed the Elements of Wicca Class or equivalent. Each month you will receive a lesson with reading and practice and you will be assigned an Initiated Wiccan as a mentor to support your work. You will need to touch base with your mentor at least once a month to send in a report of the work for feedback and then get the next lesson. Your mentor is available to answer questions throughout the month too. Cost is $120 for 6 months. Please register here.
Payment plan and sliding scale available. This class can be started anytime because it is solitary practice.
Greenwood Celtic Shamanic Wicca
Wicca Year-and-a day 2026
There will be a monthly class, for people who have done the Elements of Wicca course, and the Creating a Solitary Pathworking program or equivalent. Available in person or on line. This course is the first year of training leading to 1st degree Initiation of the Greenwood Celtic Shamanic Wiccan Tradition. Next group starts on Sunday March 1st at 1pm
Cost: donation $20 per month (sliding scale available)
Advanced Wiccan Practice (for 1st degree Initiates)
This class meets monthly and will restart Sunday, January 18th, 2026 at 1pm online or in person . All Initiates are welcome and a schedule of topics will be posted in advance each month.

2nd Degree Study Group: Priest/ess Path
For those that have received 2nd degree Initiation, we will be going into depth on the 2nd degree Book of Shadows. Training to become a Wiccan Priest/ess. All 2nd degree Greenwood Initiates are welcome. Next class schedule starts Sunday October 26th from 1 to 3 pm and runs on the 4th Sunday of each month until June 2026. Cost: suggested donation $20 per month (sliding scale available)
3rd degree High Priest/ess Study Group
This group is for 3rd degrees to study the advanced training in the 3rd degree BOS. Next class schedule to begin on Sunday October 12th 2025 from 1pm to 2:30 pm and runs the 2nd Sunday of each Month until June 2026.
The money raised by all the Wiccan classes is used to support the vision of the creating the Greenwood Sanctuary, a wildlife preserve, protected wetland, managed forest and future home of our meditation center. It is a place where Wiccans and non-Wiccans can find peace and healing in nature.
Some money also goes to support people in need in our community.

Each Solitary Pathworking training takes 1-2 years.
The First degree Initiates start with the Magick Mirror Pathworking.
After 2nd degree Initiation, the regular work is Priest/ess Path, which takes a year and a day, combined with one of the Solitary Pathworkings of the Initiates' choice. It is possible to do other pathworking/training that is not on the wheel, according to the soul resonance of the Seeker (example: Yoga, Reiki, massage therapy, medical herbology etc.)
The Path of the White Goddess is the work of the Third Degree and is mostly solitary work, although a monthly study group to support the work is available.
From Elements of Wicca to the end of the 3rd degree training, becoming a High Priest/ess takes about 5 years, if someone is committed to regular spiritual work. It's a beautiful life changing path bringing peace and joy!
